This approved course is an intensive and comprehensive immersion in the ethos and practice skills used to apply a restorative lens to the task of relationship repair, the addressing of harm and the growth of community. This Restorative Practice Facilitation Skills course is unique, in that it incorporates tuition in enhanced practitioner skills using a unique method of engagement, enabling greater inclusion of parties in the process. Prior knowledge of restorative practice is not a pre-requisite for undertaking this course.

This training is delivered one day a week for 3 weeks:
27th September, 4th October, 11th October (9.30-4.30) The training is suitable for every sector and provides skills in:
challenging conversations, effective feedback, de-escalation, expert communication skills for self-expression, creating constructive meeting spaces and facilitating conversations for those in conflict.
Our 3 day restorative Justice Practitioner Training is a practical course which gives the skills to deliver an appropriate risk-assessed restorative outcome in a wide range of cases.

This course, with a specific focus on education settings, will give you a clear understanding of the context for the restorative approach and equip you with the skills to build a healthy community within your setting so that relationships are valued, conflict is reduced and learning capacity is enhanced.
Join us in-person for our two day Restorative Practice and Domestic Abuse training.
This course is only available for practitioners whom are already trained as RJ facilitators and have had experience delivering cases to their appropriate conclusion. This course develops the additional skills for C & S cases and is accredited with the RJC. It is a very popular course that we are continually developing. We have worked with a trauma expert to confirm that our approaches are all trauma-informed.
