Restorative Thinking Limited is a social enterprise. They deliver restorative justice and restorative practice training and supervision. Their innovative restorative justice and restorative practice intervention programmes empower users with a restorative education, equipping users with key life skills in conflict resolution.
They work in partnership with the Department for Health, NOMS, Anti-Bullying Alliance and Odd Arts and they are supported by the Shackleton Foundation.
They are currently delivering a two year pilot with a cluster of schools in Liverpool and are looking for a part-time, experienced project co-ordinator to run and record this project initially, with a view to taking on an increasing workload as the company grows.
Significant experience of working with schools and parents, persistence and motivation will be critical to this role, as will the ability to work independently. A commitment to promoting the welfare of children is essential, as is a flexible approach as the role is part-time, with flexibility around when hours are worked to fit in with Restorative Thinking's training and observation schedules.
Practical experience in project co-ordination will be invaluable. Good report writing skills, excellent literacy skills, proficient IT skills and accountability are key to the role. Full training and support will be given to the successful candidate.
