Restorative Together – Wiltshire and Swindon Restorative Hub awarded RSQM

The RJC is pleased to share that Restorative Together – Wiltshire and Swindon Restorative Hub has been awarded the Restorative Service Quality Mark (RSQM).

Chris Straker, interim chief executive of the RJC said:

“My heartfelt congratulations to Restorative Together – Wiltshire and Swindon Restorative Hub for achieving the RSQM. This shows that the restorative service they deliver is safe, effective and to a high quality.”

The RSQM is a badge of quality that guarantees that a service provides safe, high quality restorative practice which meets the six Restorative Service Standards. Restorative Together – Wiltshire and Swindon Restorative Hub joins other RSQM awardees – in sectors ranging from criminal justice through education to care – delivering high quality restorative processes.

Inger Lowater, restorative justice coordinator at Restorative Together – Wiltshire and Swindon Restorative Hub said:

“The RSQM has helped us ensure that we have a proper process for quality assurance. As we are quite a new organisation it helped us assess all the different aspects of making sure we were looking after both victims and offenders properly.”

“We recognise the RSQM as setting the national standard for delivery of restorative justice. We wanted to be able to demonstrate to those we work with that we adhere to the highest standards in our restorative justice delivery.”
