The RJC is recruiting a Standards, Quality Assurance and Accreditation Manager to lead the delivery of our standards and quality work.
We are seeking an experienced individual to contribute to our important work setting and championing clear standards for restorative practice. The person we are looking for will play a pivotal role in ensuring the high quality of restorative practice services in the UK. They will also manage the delivery of our accreditation services as well as our relationships with members and assessors.
This role requires excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to establish personal credibility with a range of stakeholders.
The salary for this post is £30,333 per annum with incremental increase to £31,500 at the end of year 1 and to £32,825 at the end of year 2, following annual appraisals.
