The RSQM is for organisations that have demonstrated that they meet the six Restorative Service Standards of the RJC. The award is external recognition of your work. It gives the public confidence in the restorative service you offer, and provides proof for commissioners and funders that you provide a quality service.
Belong specialises in enabling positive development, rehabilitation and recovery amongst those who have been victims of sexual and/or violent offences, perpetrators of sexual and/or violent offences, offenders with mental health problems and/or learning difficulties and offenders who are affiliated to or members of gangs. Our restorative justice programmes are mainly prison based, providing formal and informal restorative justice interventions in response to prisoner's previous offences and in response to violent incidents and conflicts in custody.
Brighton & Hove Adolescent Services comprises of a hub of multi-agency teams dedicated to supporting young people across the city. Restorative practices are imbedded throughout the services, nevermore so than in our Youth Offending Service and School Inclusion Support which places restorative justice/practice at the heart of its interventions. Our commitment to high quality, best restorative practices is reflected in our organisation being awarded the RSQM.
Brighton and Hove Independent Mediation Service provides community mediation and other restorative services to the people of Brighton and Hove, and the Lewes District of East Sussex. We work in partnership with the Brighton and Hove City Council, Sussex Police and local housing associations. We also offer Workplace Mediation and Training in mediation and conflict resolution skills for for local organisations, including businesses and educational establishments.

Portsmouth Mediation Service was founded some twenty years ago, its big vision today is to operate as a centre of excellence and Influence in seeing Portsmouth established as a Restorative City. A skilled and experienced blend of highly motivated staff and volunteers are a on an exciting new journey. Through the work of assessment, mediation and restorative practice, this impartial and independent Service is working closely with the city housing officers, police, schools, university and other envisioned people and organisations to help resolve community disputes and conflict and to contribute towards the peace and prosperity of Portsmouth.
Restorative Justice can help provide a means of closure. It can help victims of crime or anti social behaviour to have a voice and to feel heard and for offenders to understand the impact of their actions and change their behaviour.
With Restorative Justice we provide an alternative way of dealing with an offence or incident, which focuses on the needs of the individuals involved. Clients who access this service can also involve a friend, family member of professional to support them. Our Restorative Justice facilitators support and guide clients throughout the process. They help people to feel safe, at ease and fully prepared.
Make Amends delivers a choice of restorative opportunities that seek to heal the harm caused by crime, conflict, anti-social behaviour and the harmful actions of others across Devon and Cornwall. The Make Amends team have experience of delivering RJ with both adults and young people, which includes sensitive and complex cases and work in partnership with all statutory criminal justice agencies, as well as the voluntary and community sector. Make Amends prides itself on delivering a safe, confidential and principled service.

Restorative Justice interventions to victims of youth crime and anti-social behaviour
Thames Valley Restorative Justice Services delivers restorative practice in Berkshire, Buckinghamshire and Oxfordshire.
We deliver Restorative Justice in the Criminal Justice System and in the community. We are well known for working with serious, sensitive and complex cases in the Criminal Justice System.
The Iffley Academy is a community Special Academy for children and young people up to the age of 18 with complex special educational needs. Our students have a range of needs but primarily we work with students with Cognition and Learning Difficulties, Autistic Spectrum Disorder and/or Social, Emotional and Mental Health difficulties. All students have Education, Health and Care Plans, or Statements of Special Educational Needs.

Broadmoor Hospital, within West London NHS Trust, offers a secure service for offenders with mental health needs. We offer restorative practices and opportunities for patients, staff and those external to the site who have been affected by harmful behaviour. The hospital was awarded the RSQM in 2019.

South London and Maudsley NHS Foundation Trust provides the widest range of NHS mental health services in the UK, including secure hospital care and mental health services in prisons. We also provide substance misuse services for people who are addicted to drugs and alcohol. Our services include the Maudsley Hospital and Bethlem Royal Hospital. We work closely with the Institute of Psychiatry, Psychology and Neuroscience, King’s College London. We are part of King’s Health Partners Academic Health Sciences Centre.
Staffordshire Restorative Justice Hub is funded by Staffordshire Police and Crime Commissioner The hub is a county wide service which provides the opportunity for all victims of crime to be able to have a form of communication through Restorative Justice with the person who has harmed them, regardless of the crime type, their age or whether a case has been taken down the criminal justice route.
Windsor and Maidenhead YOT provides support for both victims of crime and young people who have offended. Our aim is to give victims of crime a voice, enable harm to be repaired and to prevent young people from offending again.
