Standards and accreditation are core to ensuring quality restorative service delivery.
The RJC has developed clear, evidence-based standards and guidance to support the delivery of quality restorative practice and has put mechanisms in place to enable its members to demonstrate that they meet those standards.
The RJC's Principles of Restorative Processes form the underpinning ethical framework for restorative practice.
The RJC has developed a set of three handbooks for practitioners, service providers and trainers aimed at promoting the delivery of high quality restorative services to a nationally agreed standard.
The RJC also provides resources and guidance for people working in the restorative field and support for practitioners who want to develop their skills.
The RJC is committed to supporting practitioners to continually develop and improve the quality of their practice. In order to achieve this we have developed a Competency Framework and run continuing professional development events.Learn more
