All my training is in line with the National Occupational Standards and Best Practice Guidance as published by the Restorative Justice Council.
I have experience of working nationally in education, youth and adult justice, the charity sector and social care.
I underpin all my work with a belief in the importance of respect, responsibility and relationships.
Introduction to Restorative Justice – (1 hour)
Suitable for large groups or senior leadership groups. Mainly informative.
Level 1. Restorative Enquiries and Restorative Discussions – (1 day)
Suitable for groups of up to 20 at any level within an organisation. Interactive and training people to be able to run a restorative enquiry or discussion .
Level 2. Restorative Circles – (1 day)
This interactive day builds on skills learned in Day 1 and is suitable for a group of up to 8 participants likely to be using restorative circles in some aspect of their work –at any level within an organisation.
Level 3 – Restorative Justice Facilitator Training – (3 Days)
This training is for people who wish to become a trained facilitator able to run a full restorative conference. This needs to be a group of 12 people to allow everyone to be able to role play a conference as a facilitator and as a participant.
Level 4 – Complex and Sensitive Case training –(1/2Day)
This is an additional half day that can be added to the level 3 training or stand alone for trained facilitators. It covers the complex and sensitive case training requirements set out by the RJC
